TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This document sets out the legal terms on which we sell our items on our online store to you. Please carefully read all terms and conditions before using our online store. Please note that before placing an order you will be asked to agree to these terms and conditions. By purchasing on the online store, you confirm your acceptance of these terms. We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Every time you wish to purchase Items, please check these Terms and Conditions to ensure you understand the terms which will apply at that time.

1. ACCEPTANCE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF OUR ONLINE STORE
1.1 You accept and consent to the Online Store Terms and Conditions and the Returns Policy in full by using our Online Store .
1.2 You must not use our Online Store if you do not accept the Online Store Terms and Conditions

2. ACCEPTABLE USE
2.1 We grant you consumer rights to:
(a) view and access information on our Online Store
(b) purchase merchandise from our Online Store.
(c) shop through our pages which will guide you through the steps you need to take to buy merchandise from us. Our purchase process allows you to check and amend any errors before submitting your order
(d) click Confirm and Pay in order for you to proceed with your purchase. Please note that you will not be able to make any changes after this point
2.2 Please understand that our merchandise are subject to availability and therefore we reserve the rights to refuse a purchase if a merchandise becomes unavailable. We make a full refund if a payment has been processed accidentally and this will include any delivery charges that you have paid.
2.2 Regarding our images of our merchandise on our Online Store
(a) Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately of all our merchandise, we are not responsible for how your computer display the colours. Therefore when the merchandise arrive, the colour may slightly differ from the images on on our Online Store
(b) we use a standard EU women’s dress size chart for our merchandise sizes and measurments
(c) We take all reasonable care to ensure that all details and descriptions of our merchandise are as accurate as possible. However, the Service may contain typographical errors or other errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse to fulfill any orders that you may place based on information on the Service that may contain errors or inaccuracies, including, without limitation, errors, inaccuracies or out-of-date information regarding pricing, shipping, payment terms, or return policies.
(d) We take all reasonable care to ensure that the prices of our merchandise are correct at all times. Our merchandise prices may change from time to time without notice. However, these changes will not affect any purchases that have already been dispatched. All our prices include sales tax
(e) Please note that the prices of our merchandise do not include delivery and returns charges. The details of these are provided during the purchase process. Please refer to our Delivery Information page or our Returns Information page.
(f) All our merchandise are sold on the basis that they are suitable for domestic use only. Please contact us.

3. Payment
The following payment options are available on our Online Store: Mastercard and Visa credit cards, Maestro, Delta, Solo or Electron debit cards, American Express charge cards and PayPal.
All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card declines the payment or does not authorise paymentfor any reason, you will be notified as soon as possible.
We reserve the rights to retain all purchases and regard it as our property until we have received full payment from you.

4. Delivery
We provide different delivery options during the purchase process. The options available to you will vary depending on your location.
Delivery charges will be applied in addition to the prices for the Items you are purchasing. And this amount will depend on the delivery option you have chosen.
Please note that we are not responsible for any import taxes and duty levied by your country. And in the event that payment of such duties and taxes are refused by you and the order is returned to us, we will demand payment of any costs that we have incurred as a result of this.
You must provide us with complete and accurate delivery address . We will not be held liable for delivery of your order to the wrong address .
We will make every effort to deliver your order within the given timeframes. However, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control such as floods, hurricanes, postal strikes, custom clearance, etc.
Please note that there will be no dleivery during public holidays including bank holidays and Sunday.

5. Returns
As a consumer you reserve the rights to return any of our merchandise within 14 days of the purchase being delivered to you, on the condition that
1. The merchandise are unworn and unwashed
2. There no stains of any nature on the merchandise
3. All the tags are fully intact and are attached to the merchandise
4. All merchandise must be returned in their original packaging
5. All merchandise must be returned with the original receipt attached in the packaging
We will make a full refund of the amount you paid for the purchase of the merchandise deducting any delivery charges that you have paid. Please note that all refunds will be made using the same payment method that you originally used

6. Address
Bee Draped S.R.L is regstered at Urb. Los Arqueros B2-2, Benahavis, Malaga 29679 and we own and operate our Online Store www.beedraped.com including www.beedraped.eu and www.beedraped.co.uk

7. Linking
You may link to our home page, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it, but you must not establish a link in such a way as to suggest any form of association, approval or endorsement on our part where none exists.
You must not establish a link from any website that is not owned by you.
This Website must not be framed on any other site, nor may you create a link to any part of this Website other than the home page. We reserve the right to withdraw linking permission without notice.

8. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Bee Draped, its directors, designers, employees, consultants, agents, and affiliates, from any and all third party claims, liability, damages and/or costs (including, but not limited to, legal fees) arising from your use this Website or your breach of the Terms of Service.

9. Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Spain and in the event of any dispute or claim associated with these terms and conditions, that dispute or claim shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Spanish courts. No Party may object to the jurisdiction of these courts on the ground that it is an inconvenient forum or that it does not have jurisdiction.

10. Amendment
We may make changes to the Online Store and these terms and conditions at any time without notice. We reserve this right.

11. Whole Agreement
These Terms and Conditions embody the whole agreement between the Parties relating to the subject matter and supersedes all previous agreements in respect of your usage of our Online Store.
